How to Order
Ordering is easy and you can do it in two different ways:
* In person; or
* By telephone.
We accept Paypal, bank cheque, money orders or cash. Please note
that payments must clear before orders can be shipped. All cheques
and money orders should be denominated in Australian Dollars, drawn
on an Australian Bank, and made payable to 'Austral-Asian Violins'.

Despatch & Delivery
Most orders placed before 4:00pm (Monday-Friday) will be despatched
the next day, subject to stock availability.
Postage Costs will be calculated and confirmed with you prior
to your payment being processed.
Please note we cannot deliver orders to PO Box addresses.

Buying and Using Gift Vouchers
Austral-Asian Gift Vouchers make a great gift and can be ordered
in the same way as any of our other products. If you have been
given a Austral-Asian Gift Voucher, you can put the voucher amount
towards your order at Austral-Asian Violins. Simply provide your
voucher code when you place your order.

Overseas Orders
When you pay via Paypal you will be charged in Australian Dollars
and your account will be debited in your own currency. The actual
exchange rate used for the transaction (and thus the final amount
in your local currency) will be determined by Paypal.
Please note: our International Courier cannot deliver to PO Box
addresses.

Returns And Refunds
We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there
may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item.
Unwanted Goods
If you return the product (in the same condition when purchased) within 14
days of the date on which you received it, we will refund you any money which
you have paid us for that product. All you pay for is the return postage
of the goods. Please contact us to inform us of
your wish to return the goods.
Faulty Goods
If you receive an item from us which is faulty, which you did not order or
for any other reason which is our fault, please contact
us to inform us within 14 days of receipt and we will arrange a refund
or replacement. In the event of you returning goods to us we will also pay
you the cost of the return postage. In this event, please contact
us first and we will advise you how to send the item back to us.
